The artwork titled "Family Tree" is a mixed-media installation created using salvaged windows with glass still in them, some of which were broken. The artist arranged eight windows in a horizontal orientation and hung them in metal wires with varying distances between each other. A flat mirror measuring one meter by one meter was placed on the ground beneath the suspended windows, facing upwards towards the sky. The artwork explores the concept of the passing of time and the way in which each generation holds a filter from the previous one, as represented by the gradual blurriness of the reflected windows in the mirror as they reach closer to the sky. The use of found materials and the incorporation of the surrounding environment adds an additional layer to the artwork's concept and message.
